Essentially, Indians use banana leaves to serve authentic Indian cuisines during festivals and special family occasions when they gather with their family and friends. The banana leaf cuisine is also known to be healthy and auspicious.

  

Banana leaves are used to serve food as the leaves are enriched with flavours and nutrients which are healthy. Both Vadais have their own distinctive flavours and taste really good. It is definitely a must try Indian snack as it is flavorful and a healthy snack option.
